Case Study
This wellness brand eliminated placement fees and cut weeks off Amazon check-in.
A large wellness brand was losing weeks of sales momentum because Amazon was taking ≈23 days to receive and check in their replenishment inventory when they shipped LTL directly to five or more fulfillment centers. Stock-outs, frozen cash flow and mounting inbound placement fees were threatening growth.
Routing weekly replenishments through ZonPrep's Atlanta cross-dock means the company gets same-day unloads, on-the-spot prep and kitting, full-truck consolidation, and priority Amazon appointments that scan in within 24 hours.
Cross-Dock
Send every shipment to one ZonPrep dock. We consolidate, load full truckloads daily, and you never see an Amazon placement fee again.
