Most 3PLs make you figure this out yourself. We don't. This is the full operational picture: onboarding, inbound, prep, outbound, and the portal that ties it all together.
Tell us your current setup, monthly volume, and what's not working. We'll tell you exactly what ZonPrep would look like for your operation, specific numbers, detail, and intelligent data analytics to help you drive strategic decisions. (45 minutes max, though we doubt we'll need the whole time.)
We'll send an opportunity analysis within 24 hours, a comprehensive side-by-side comparison of your current supply chain operations against what those same volumes would look like with ZonPrep, so you can determine if a test truck makes sense.
Connect your Seller Central account to the ZonPrep portal via API. Get visibility into your inbound shipments, inventory levels, and prep status with automated syncs.
Route your next shipment to ZonPrep. We can even book this truck and provide you with a BOL for fastest dock-to-check-in time.
For cross-dock clients, pallets are scanned in via our ZonPrep license plates. For fully managed logistics clients, we receive your inventory against an advanced shipping notice and manifest within the ZonPrep portal.
Shipments are marked as received at ZonPrep and either moved immediately to an outbound truck to Amazon, or stored in our facility's racking for one to two days while it awaits its upcoming truck.
When your shipment is ready to be outbounded, our team retrieves your palletized load, removes it from our racks, and brings it to our outbound staging area.
Your products are staged and ready for the outbound process, depalletized, floor-loaded, and routed to Amazon's regional cross-docks. Every step is visible in your portal in real time.

Every unit labeled to Amazon spec, correct placement, correct size, scanned at application. We print and label on demand and put every compliance factor on one label for one flat cost. FNSKU, suffocation warning, sold-as-set, expiry, lot: one label, instead of the per-label-type charges most 3PLs tack on.
Kits are multiples of the same item; bundles are different products sold together to create a complementary set. Multi-unit kits, multi-item bundles, gift sets, and custom-built boxes to your spec sheet, we handle the BOM and component staging. High-volume kitting runs on dedicated shrink lines, inside the same maximum 72-hour prep SLA as everything else we handle.
We use shrink wrap on all kits and bundles to protect the dimensional integrity of your product. A 7-inch poly bag on a 3–4 inch product gives up dimensional slack Amazon charges you for. Shrink wrap preserves your dimensions, every time.
Pre-shipment quality checks on every SKU. Cosmetic inspection, seal integrity, label accuracy, unit count verification. Failed units are flagged, photographed, and held for your review, not shipped blind.
As counterintuitive as it may seem to touch the product twice, we depalletize your palletized shipment so we can floor-load it into an Amazon FTL. For sellers shipping 50,000 units/month, this typically saves a minimum of $150,000 annually in placement fees.
We send a minimum of 30 floor-loaded full truckloads to Amazon regional cross-docks daily. The floor load forces immediate receiving, Amazon's regional facilities bring conveyor belts directly to the truck and start unloading.
For every shipment ZonPrep sends, we provide a proof of delivery you can submit for reimbursement on any lost or damaged items inside Amazon's fulfillment network. We've shipped over 100 million units, we know what Amazon accepts.
Prepped and shipped units check into Amazon localized FCs 15–30 days faster than the industry standard. That's a Prime-eligible advantage your competition doesn't get.
Time to Prime eligibility figures are based on actual shipment data from current ZonPrep clients, tracked and verified by our team. Individual results may vary based on product category, shipment volume, and Amazon receiving conditions.
